The project seeks to develop a 100 % biobased solution for high film barrier performance, with lower climate impact that fulfil requirements on recyclability and complies with circular design principles. The results will enable and speed up the replacement of rigid plastic packaging, with focus on 3D-shaped fiber-based packaging, ensuring high barrier protection as well as efficient and lean barrier application methods.

Budget & time plan
The project’s total budget is 14,2 MSEK and the project runs for approximately 2,5 years – between November 2022 and April 2023.
