This project aims to promote the transition to a bio-based economy by replacing phenol in phenolic resins with tannin-based products. The adoption of tannin-based resins will promote the use of sustainable materials in various industries, contributing to improved environmental sustainability and economic resilience. At the same time, the project supports the green transition by shortening the supply chain, reducing transport-related emissions and promoting the local economy.
